Print and solve this fun and free educational "The Archery Butt" puzzle game.

Originally the targets or butts used for archery were not marked out in concentric rings they are presently designed. Archers could design targets in any manner they choose.

To solve this numbers puzzle, rearrange the numbers 1 to 19 in the target so that all the numbers in the outer ring add up to 23, and all the numbers along the diagonal star crossed lines add up to 40.

This puzzle is based upon a historic Canterbury Puzzle. Why is this puzzle named The Archery Butt?
